I love standing the collar up, it distinguishes itself right away in a crowd of people and other jackets. The colour's excellent because not too many people wear similarly styled jackets of the same colour. I also like the length of the jacket and where the slits are on the side. The slits allow you to put your hands in your pants pockets.
My only critique is that wearing the jacket really reduces your arms' flexibility. You could not do a full range of motion with your arms when wearing it. Not a good look if you're anticipating defending yourself from muggers, climbing a lamppost or tree, or simply in the mood to do jumping jacks.
Overall, this is easily my favourite non-winter jacket in my closet.
